These workflows connect calendars and booking systems to the building itself: screens, lights, heating, speakers, door sensors and fridges. A meeting room releases itself when nobody turns up, a screen shows today’s visitors, a fridge alert reaches the person on shift and the lights follow the opening hours. We design each one with a manual override and a sensible state for when a device goes offline.
