Google Drive holds the files a workflow needs to read or produce: spec sheets, product photos, signed contracts, site photos and PDF reports. We create folders from templates when a project starts, file uploads from clients in the right place and keep evidence, such as safety check photos, where it can be found later. AI steps can read approved documents in Drive, but only the folders they’re given.
